• Design complex RF and Microwave components, circuits, systems, and printed circuit boards, utilizing design software tools such as CAE and CAD.

• Identify and establish performance standards and verify and validate designs through simulations, tests and reliability studies.

• Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering plus two years of engineering experience.
• Require expertise in using Software: LabVIEW, TestStand, XML, XPath, Version One, ClearCase, ClearQuest.
• Must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States.

• Design various complex Radio Frequency (RF) and microwave circuits, systems and subsystems using design tools like Sonnet in order to keep up with the ever-competitive RF market and advancement in technology.
• Devote significant portion of time in developing the necessary RF engineering system and testing and analyzing its system performance.
• Design ultra-wide band balun which operates up to millimeter wave frequency range using high order Marchand balun using various combination of coplanar strip line, coplanar waveguide and slot line to obtain good coupling, low insertion loss and good Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR)
• Design Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) based fractional-N frequency synthesizer with range from 0.5 Hz to 18 GHz, using Direct Digital Synthesis (DDS) to achieve high resolution and low frequency step in the fractional-N synthesizer
• Use Analog Devices’ ADIsimPLL tool to analyze the performance of the PLL and determine critical parameters like lock time and loop bandwidth and optimize the performance by using accurate loop parameters.
• Utilize integration protocols and various methodologies to ensure that Synergy Microwave Corporation’s existing integration technologies do not become obsolete, given the rapid technological advances in the field.
• Utilize CAD tools like Eagle and AutoCAD to design the PCB layouts of various RF circuits, coordinate with the Engineering team to make the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) ready for fabrication.

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering and/or Electronic Engineering

• Develop design schematics and layouts of RF printed circuit boards.
• Design and develop RF circuits, mixers, filters, power dividers, couplers, phase shifters.
• Perform circuit and component analysis and simulations using ADS, HFSS and other CAD tools.
• Formulate test sequences, procedures and methodologies for engineering prototypes and new products to carry out existing and new system testing.
• Design specifications and reviewed engineering documentation standards.
• Work with team members in a lab environment to resolve technical problems in design. Evaluate changes and review their impact.
• Assist in firmware development efforts through system test and verification.
• Analyze and troubleshot RF test equipment in a timely and accurate manner.

• Conduct original research leading to the design, mathematical modeling, and experimental validation of a high dynamic range, low-noise differential mixer using SiGe microwave transistors.
• Develop transformer-free, single-ended-to-differential RF stage architecture that enhances signal integrity and integration efficiency in active mixer topologies.
• Formulate and implement dual-feedback linearization technique that significantly improves mixer linearity, dynamic range, and noise figure.
• Perform comprehensive noise and gain modeling of active mixer stages, integrating analytical and simulation-based methods for precise noise figure prediction and validation.
• Design and optimize a Marchand balun structure for the local oscillator signal, validated through 3D EM simulation and experimental measurements.
• Develop and fabricate a multilayer SiGe PCB prototype, achieving excellent LO–RF–IF isolation and confirming simulation-to-measurement correlation across 0.5–1.8 GHz.

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent Work Experience
• Over five years of experience in designing and developing RF microwave products like 90 and 180 hybrid couplers, power dividers, multi-couplers, phase shifters, modulators, filters, transformers, and attenuators for commercial platforms.
• Over two years of experience in designing LNAs, Power amplifiers, RF amplifiers, and active RF Mixers for trans-receiver systems.
• Proficiency in RF concepts, Telecommunications RF Infrastructure, and radio design theory
• Solid understanding of RF, analog, and digital circuits.

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering,
